Over the past 20 years, I've spent the majority of my career in Fortune 500 companies, building and leading teams, and leading multi-million dollar projects. As I did so, I found myself drawn to the service arms of the organizations I worked in and even made it a goal to move to nonprofit leadership by 2030. But, God has a sense of humor, and His plans are different (and better) than my own.
I was drawn to LOVEtheLOU by the community I saw. Black, white, brown, city, county, and country all come together in love, serving and listening to one another. This proximity to one another blasted through barriers - a beautiful display of what is possible if we choose faith over fear.
I have some certifications (PMP, CX, CSSGB, SAFe SA 5.0, PMO-CP, OKR Certified Coach, Christian Apologetics), have won some awards (STL Project Manager of the Year, Supply Chain Champion, PBM Integration Award, STL Project of the Year x2), and I have a wonderful family (Melle, Caleb, Joshua, Levi, foster kiddos, and a fun dog named Padfoot).
